All payments are made using our online payment portal, SCOPAY. The school does not have the facility to accept other payments methods. The portal also allows you to switch on alerts and notifications about balances and reminders of upcoming events.
How do I set up a SCOPAY Account?
When your child starts at the school, you will be sent an email detailing how to set up a SCOPAY Account and a Link Code. If you do not receive the email or need a new or additional Link Code, please contact the school office to request one.
Payments can be made online using SCOPAY for the following
Canteen Account
You can top up a child’s canteen account, which allows them to pay for lunches. You can also view the account balance and view purchases. Please note that whilst you top up the canteen account using the Scopay system. Payments for lunches are diverted directly to the school’s Catering contractor. If you overpay, require a refund or have queries regarding what has been charged, please contact the school office who will direct you to the Catering Manager for the school.
Trips and Activities
You can pay for trips and activities and provide consent forms. A communication will be sent to parents/carers giving the details of the trip and payments required. Look out
Purchases and Contributions
Some subjects allow pupils to purchase resources eg Revision books etc or request a contribution towards resources that are used. A communication will be sent to parents/carers with details of these.
Donations
Donations to the school are always welcome and the school very much appreciates the additional income it receives which it used for the benefit of the pupils.
Did you know that you can help the school further and boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate. Gift Aid is reclaimed by the school from HMRC out of tax you pay in the current tax year. To Gift Aid, your donations, you must tick the declaration box and complete your details in full so HMRC can identify you as a UK taxpayer.
